Development Team

Johnathon, Robert; if any of you would like to post something on the VATSIM forums that we're open for applications from anyone who is willing to help? Some kind of a Development Team, yes development team it is. We don't want to hire staffs just yet, so we're going to hire a Development Team; and assign them roles within the VA, and on a later date they might just end up to be our staff. But as of now, I wouldn't recommend a formal staff openings.

This way we can gather the people around. That way we can work more faster but not in a manner of rushing but we can work different things at the same time without having to put all the works on our shoulders. So John or Robert, if you guys would like to; your call.

WHat would this development team's focus be on? What qualifications would be required? How many people are we searching for to make up this "team"?

Their basically the staffs but without the label just on yet. We don't want to promise anything just yet, but we're open to this development 'team' ... their going to be the our future staffs, but now; their just going to be part of the development team. They are the people that should help us establish this VA, and later on; decide if they assume any staff position. It's like an indirect staff hiring.
